Position: President & CEO
Michael Turko is a Petroleum Geologist and CEO of Gulf Shores Resources Ltd. He earned a Bachelor of Science (Geology) degree in 1981 from the University of British Columbia. He has managed several public and private companies participating in petroleum exploration and development projects in Texas, Kansas, California, Louisiana, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Newfoundland, Colombia, and the UK North Sea.

| | | George Langdon, PhD, P.Geol.
Position: Chief Financial Officer and Director
Dr. George Langdon is a petroleum geologist with a career spanning 25 years in domestic, frontier and international exploration. He holds a PhD in Earth Sciences from Memorial University of Newfoundland. He has worked for both senior and junior oil and gas companies, and as an independent consultant. In recent years he has been involved in the founding and building of several private and publicly-traded oil and gas start-ups. He is also a Director of Gulf Shores Resources Ltd. and Contact Exploration Inc.

Position: Director and Corporate Secretary
Mr. Otterman has over twenty years experience in the investment markets. He has worked in the retail and institutional sides of the brokerage business during which time he was involved in the raising of capital in markets for both the mining and petroleum sectors. He has also participated in several start up companies and has been involved in the development of natural resource operating companies. Mr. Otterman currently resides in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. He also serves as Chief Financial Officer of Gulf Shores Resources Ltd.

Position: Director
In 1995, Mr. Edwards co-founded Imperial Venture Corp/Canadian Imperial Venture Corp serving initially as president and director and currently serves as director and CFO. Mr. Edwards has served as director of a number of public resource based companies over the past decade and is a principle and director of a number of private companies.
